Football Practice: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday — 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Equipment Requirements

Football

  • Practice jersey
  • Padded practice pants
  • Padded undershirt or T‑shirt
  • Football cleats (no metal spikes)
  • Mouthpiece ($5 at concession stand)

Drill & Cheer

  • Athletic shoes and socks
  • Sophie‑style shorts (no denim)
  • No spaghetti straps, no white tops
  • Sports bra matching shirt color
  • Water jug (insulated recommended)
  • Bug spray and sunscreen
  • Sweats/athletic pants in cold weather
  • Yoga pants acceptable

Note: Multiple uniforms may be required.

Parent Code of Conduct

1. Supportive Behavior

  • Encourage all players.
  • Stay positive, win or lose.
  • No sideline coaching.

2. Respect for Coaches & Officials

  • Respect decisions.
  • No arguing or confrontations.
  • Use proper channels for concerns.
  • Observe a 24‑hour cool‑down period.

3. Good Sportsmanship

  • Model good behavior.
  • No abusive language.
  • No ridicule of any participant.

4. Safety First

  • Ensure child arrives prepared.
  • Notify coaches of health issues.
  • Support a safe environment.

5. Team Commitment

  • Teach responsibility.
  • Communicate conflicts early.
  • Encourage respect for teammates and opponents.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • No violence, threats, or harassment.
  • No firearms, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or drugs.
  • No outside food or drinks at BAFL events.
  • Violations may result in removal or banishment.
